Our experienced Service Team is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to meet the needs of customers. Whether over the phone or in the field, their goal is getting you back on track.
A service technician is present at the start up of each new machine to facilitate its initial use, address questions and comments, and provide operator and maintenance training.
Typical machine warranty period is one year from the start up of a machine. During this time, a service agent will be readily available to visit the machine on-site for any warranty related issues.
The Service Department also offers telephone support for the life of the machine, regardless of warranty. As a supplemental service for machines no longer under warranty, Knox Kershaw offers on site operator training and repair for our machines as well as other maintenance equipment.
